The brightest ASEAN* young talents, from around the world will get the first hand experience working in P&G and experience being the P&G ASEAN* Leaders.

This is an intensive & grueling competition with lots of fun which will unleash your leadership & talents and put them into test. A truly real exposure of how you will work when you join us as P&G ASEAN* Leaders, starting from Day 1.

Calling all ASEAN* students from around the world
The creme de la creme of ASEAN* (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam) young talents from around the world such as those studying in universities in ASEAN* respective countries and overseas, will be selected as the challengers in each country to solve multiple business challenges that will put themselves in the shoes of the P&G ASEAN* Leaders. We will invite 30 students in each country to compete in National Finals Competition (Phase 1).

Winners from each country will be competing in ASEAN* Finals Competition (Phase 2), where you will be assigned to a new team with blended nationalities. In this level, you will surely experience all the challenges to orchestrate a team of people with various backgrounds and interests to become the ultimate winner - the P&G ASEAN* Business Challenge Champion! The team who successfully leads ASEAN* - leverages the strengths and differences, busts all barriers, and delivers the results.

The Challenge? Take on the "live" challenges, the REAL LIVE BUSINESS CHALLENGES. In the National Finals, you will not just propose with marketing/sales plan for one of our multi-billion dollar brands, but you will also EXECUTE those ideas right away in real world, and see how excellent it is in delivering business results. In ASEAN* Finals, the challenge could be on merger & acquisition, existing brand expansion, developing brand communication for new TV advertisement, process re-alignment, product re-launch market and consumer research, expansion into a new product category, etc.

Those challenges are just as REAL as what actual P&G Leaders face in their jobs everyday. It will unleash and develop your leadership skill. You will also get in touch closely with P&G Top Management, build your network with talents across countries and schools, and many more.

Internship and Full-Time job offers?
Challengers who perform well in the challenge and perform well in the final interviews will be offered internship and/or full-time jobs in P&G! Just imagine, you still have 1 more year to graduate and yet, you have a P&G job offer?
