It's mainly to give you a short-cut to getting an internship or full-time offer from P&G and at the same time get a real intensive experience of working in P&G. At the core of this program, it's an intensive and grueling competition which has real-life business challenges and lots of fun at the same time.

Apart from the amazing prizes, you could also get early internship or full-time job offer from P&G! Just imagine having an offer to work in P&G as early as 1 year before you even graduate! On top of that, you will:

1. Be part of the action in planning & executing a marketing/selling plan out in the real world
2. Get your analytical skills and creativity into test to solve real-life business case studies
3. Be interviewed for an internship or full-time job
4. Work in a team with ASEAN talents from various top universities in ASEAN countries, US, UK, etc.
5. Mingle & work with P&G Senior Managers - learn from their experience and advice
6. Mingle with P&G New Hires - hear unbiased experience of our new hires in P&G
7. Have some good fun yet productive and challenging. It's a life changing and monumental experience!

Phase 1 (National Finals) of this Business Challenge is basically where the best 30 students from each country in ASEAN are selected to compete in the national level - which the winners will be representing the country at the Phase 2 (ASEAN Finals).

Each winner will receive university tuition fees sponsorship up to RM 3,000 plus P&G products hamper.

National Finals will be held in each respective country. Refer to "News & Events" for more information on the venue and the timing in your country.

Further communication on the venue will be shared later to applicants who have completed their applications online. Latest updates will also be posted in the "News & Events" section of the website and on our Facebook page.

Definitely not. In fact, P&G will bear all related expenses during the Challenge such as hotel stay, transportation and meals.

The Campus Launch Event will give you mainly the first hand information on what the Business Challenge is all about - what happens in it, the application process & flow, the main prizes, what's in it for you, etc. At the same time, you will also get:

1. A better understanding of P&G, the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry and the different functions/departments available in P&G, and
2. For you to sit for the Reasoning Test (RT), which is compulsory for every applicant to pass RT.

In other words, to be selected for the P&G ASEAN Business Challenge, you must pass the RT and we are making in convenient for you by "bringing the process to you".

Apart from the main intent of giving the students the opportunity to learn about P&G and the FMCG industry, the Campus Launch Event is primarily meant to "bring the process to the candidates".

This means that we are making it easier for you to sit for RT by arranging it together with the Campus Launch Event. You can still always contact us to arrange for a RT session at our country local offices as long within the application period.

Applications are done individually and teams will be formed randomly by the organizers. Of course, do rally your friends to apply to join this Challenge.

In Phase 1 as it's the National Finals, of course all the 30 selected participants will be from the same country.

In Phase 2 (ASEAN Finals), we will mix the selected participants to form teams with multi-nationalities so you can get the taste of how working in P&G is like. Just imagine, your team will have mixture of Malaysian, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese.

Yes, you may sit for RT earlier. Just contact the Recruitment contact in your country to arrange for your RT session.Contact Us. We still recommend that you attend the Campus Launch event as we will touch on FMCG Industry as a whole, P&G as Company, career options in P&G and etc. Of course, you can also meet and talk to P&G Managers at the Campus Launch to ask any question.

It depends on when you are going to be back in your home country. Refer to the "News & Events" for more information on the schedule for your country. This Business Challenge has been designed to gather a congregation of local origin top students in each country and that includes those studying overseas such as in US Universities, UK Universities and Australian/New Zealand Universities. Just make sure to attend the Business Challenge Campus Launch Event so you can sit for the Reasoning Test.

If you will not be in your home country when the Business Challenge is run, what you can do is to apply directly to our internship or full-time positions by going to www.pgjobs.com and search under your country in the drop down box. You will be going through the selection process - which is the same everywhere and it is exactly same for the Business Challenge. There'll be an online profiling test, a paper-based Reasoning Test and 3 interviews. You may not be able to join the P&G ASEAN Business Challenge, but you may still be selected for internship or full-time position.

The P&G ASEAN Business Challenge will be run every year, at around the same time of the year. P&G ASEAN Business Challenge is one of the ways for you to secure an internship or full-time job offer in P&G. This Business Challenge is designed specifically for specific target student profiles based by country. Requirements are:

Academic qualification & year of study:
Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in any field are in penultimate year (still have an academic year to go before graduating) and final year students (with at least 6 - 12 months left to graduate)

This P&G ASEAN Business Challenge will be run every year.

We appreciate your interest and admire the spirit and eagerness that you have. However, as this Business Challenge has specific target student profiles by country, please apply for the Business Challenge when you're meeting the profile for your home country (as mentioned in answer for question above).

You may only go through the process again after 12 months from the time you failed any of our assessments - be it Success Drivers Assessment, Reasoning Test, or the interviews.

Field of study is not part of the selection process. Here in P&G we accept any area of study but you must at least be working on a Bachelor's Degree or a Professional Paper like ACCA/CPA (Malaysia, Indonesia & Vietnam).

For Thailand, you must be working on your Masters Degree.

This P&G ASEAN Business Challenge is catered only for citizens & permanent residents of Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. There are various student program events / business games events conducted by P&G Worldwide, which mostly serve as a recruitment activity or equity building program targeting at students from its own country.
