The Launch Event will give you:

1. a better understanding of P&G, the FMCG Industry and the different functions/departments available, and
2. for you to sit for the Problem Solving Test (PST), which is compulsory for every applicant to sit and pass PST. In other words, in order to be selected for the P&G Business Challenge, you must pass the PST.

It's mainly to give you a short-cut to getting a full-time offer from P&G and at the same time get a real intensive experience of working in P&G. Just imagine having an offer to work in P&G as early as 1 year before you even graduate! On top of that, you will:

1. Get involve to solve real-life business case studies
2. Be interviewed for a full-time job offer when you graduate
3. Work in a team with talents from various top universities
4. Mingle with P&G Top Managers - learn from their experience and advice
5. Mingle with P&G New Hires - hear unbiased experience of our new hires in P&G
6. Participate in P&G's Open Minds Program - a corporate program to help special children
7. Have some good fun during your holiday while tackling some serious business case studies

No. In fact, P&G will bear all expenses during the Challenge such as hotel stay, transportation and meals.

Apart from the main intent of giving the students the opportunity to learn about P&G and the FMCG industry, the Launch Event is also meant to "bring the process to the candidates".

Yes. This P&G Business Challenge has been designed to be able to gather a congregation of Malaysian penultimate year students who are on holiday mainly from US Universities, UK Universities, local Malaysian Universities and Australian/New Zealand Universities. Just make sure to attend the P&G Business Challenge Launch Event so you can sit for PST.

The P&G Business Challenge is designed specifically for the penultimate year students who still have at least an academic year to go before graduating. You may still be considered if you have somewhere between 6 months and 1 year left. If you're graduating soon (graduating in the coming 6 months or less), please apply directly to available positions we have right now by visiting pgjobs.com and search under Malaysia.

This P&G Business Challenge will be run every year. We appreciate your interest and admire the spirit and eagerness that you have. However, as this P&G Business Challenge is catered for penultimate year students, please apply when you're in your penultimate year.

You may only go through the process again after 12 months from the time you failed any of our assessments - be it Success Drivers Assessment, Problem Solving Test, and the interviews.

Field of study is not part of the selection process. Here in P&G we accept any area of study but you must at least be working on a Bachelor's Degree or a Professional Paper like ACCA.

This P&G Business Challenge is catered only for Malaysian citizens. There are various student program events / business games events conducted by P&G Worldwide, which mostly serve as a recruitment activity or equity building program targeting at students from its own country.

We still recommend that you attend the launch event as we will touch on FMCG Industry as a whole, P&G as Company, career options in P&G and etc. among others. Of course, you can also meet and talk to P&G Managers to ask any question.
