Personally, I feel that the best part of the business challenge was the opportunity to execute our business plan instead of merely proposing it. I admire P&G for taking the risk of letting us execute our plans as this is what made the whole challenge so unique and different. From the execution, we got real life experience which helps us to understand better how P&G works and how sometimes things may not go as planned. This is where teamwork plays a very important role.
We now understand the importance of bidding for the right location, deciding on the right product, the right pricing and others scenarios. We will not get to experience this elsewhere. I've learned a lot from the business challenge and also got to know lots of amazing people. I could say that words cannot describe the whole P&G Business Challenge experience.
You need to be IN it to fully experience it. It's an amazing experience for me and I am confident that it will also be the same for YOU!

P&G ASEAN Business Challenge is a great platform for undergraduates like me to gauge where I stand in terms of real-life business challenges. Classrooms aside, the Challenge pushed me to the limits, to apply all sorts of skills and knowledge available to excel as an individual and as a team player among the best candidates in the nation.
Additionally, I get to meet with many great leaders in the company who shared their valuable experiences and views of the company. It also allowed me to get to know the culture and the people that I may work with in future.
In addition, I was pampered and spoilt with great food and accommodation! And this comes on top of all the fun that I had along the way. With an opportunity to secure a job before graduation, it is definitely the best 'interview' session I had experienced. Thank you P&G Malaysia for giving me an opportunity to be part of the family!

It was the most fascinating moment I have ever experienced in the aspect of doing real business case competition in a fun way. Training from the P&G Leadership Team has opened my eyes about the importance of ASEAN becoming one of the world's emerging business regions.
Broad networking with other ASEAN participants has given us the opportunity to share knowledge as well as have fun. In P&G ASEAN Business Challenge we got DESSERTS instead of STRESSED! :-)

The P&G ASEAN Business Challenge is just like cooking. I met with people from different countries, created best recipes by making good analysis to solve a real business case, and learn that failure is a guide to success.
This is not an ordinary competition; this is the BEST teacher that has changed my life. P&G ASEAN Business Challenge made me realize that everybody can be a leader, and P&G can provide the platform for you to become one.

Being a winner and taking part in the second phase, was a valuable chance for us to touch "P&G". I got a lot of lessons and experiences which are not only theory but also something you can experience in the challenge. It was so wonderful, I can say that. It was more than just the chance to go abroad, but also learn more than you expected about team building, working in a professional environment, making friends, etc. You face real situations, not just a case study, and that made me feel excited and satisfied with what we've done.
Spending 4 days with the P&G team in a foreign country made me grow up. You usually need to give something if you want to receive something. But in P&G, you can receive all they have to offer without spending money or giving something first. They are a house and I feel we are a family. Love all of you, P&G.

Awesome - that's the only first word flashing across my mind whenever I think back on such an indelible experience. Besides teamwork spirit, I also learnt how to develop leadership skills as a team-member, which used to be hard for me before. P&G ASEAN Business Challenge, yeah, the name calls itself when we had to resolve real problems that not only P&G but also other organizations may face. That truly helped light my way to down-to-earth business in time to come.
Thousands of learnings I got and tons of fun I experienced!!! Why don't you give it a try and experience for yourself? I don't think we would have much difference when talking about it: definitely AWESOME!!!

It is a great opportunity for me to participate in P&G Asean business challenge.
