P&G’s Finance Challenge Week was insightful and gave us a peek into the intensity and drive of the P&G's culture.

The thing that stayed with me most was the people of P&G - they're intelligent and fun.
The games, case studies and Pringles plant visit touched on broad aspects of finance and its role in P&G. At the end of the Finance Challenge Week, I came out with a realistic view of what a Finance career at P&G would be like. It's an unforgettable experience.

I have 5 simple sentences to say:
- It was a wonderful experience to be working in teams and competing against our Singaporean participants.
- FCW is not your typical interview session, it's fun and serious stuff all cramped in one week.
- A chance to actually mingle around with big shots from P&G corporate, like up to the regional top managers.
- FCW rawkzzz because we got to go to all sorts of places, like store visits, Pringles plant, and even Luna Bar to chill out.
- Learnt that P&G is a company that values its people and is really advocating "Promote from Within"

FMCG Challenge gave me a sneak peak on the lives of people who made Pantene, Rejoice and Gillette a leading brand in the market.

The most interesting part of the FMCG Challenge was the talk by representatives of various departments and how they work together in marketing a product.
What I've learned about P&G in the textbooks during my uni days is totally different from what I've got from the Challenge. Upon completing the Challenge, I can hardly wait to be part of P&G's family. It is an opportunity not to be missed for job seekers like me.

What I treasure the most from the FMCG Challenge are the people that I met.

It was a memorable experience working in a group and at the same time also stays competitive.
The Challenge has really shown me how dynamic and competent P&G is. Overall, I had a lot of fun during the whole Challenge and I truly appreciate the seriousness and commitment shown by the organizers.
