From the very first day, you will be responsible for leading multiple brands (sometimes including billion-dollar brands like Gillette, Head & Shoulders, Pantene, etc. ), a group of people or a process (like recruiting, supply planning, external relations, customer teams, media planning) across multiple countries!

1. Lead region-wide projects worth more than 10 - 15 Million USD across ASEAN (5 countries)
2. Manage recruiting and training for an entire country
3. Handle complete media planning for 4 brands for 3 countries
4. Responsibility for 4 brands (including 2 billion-dollar brands) across 4 countries
5. Manage financials for all P&G brands, with 10+ major distributors in a country
6. Lead and manage advanced system integration across 4 countries
